First seen May 07, 2026 · Last updated May 07, 2026

Summary

This study tests a program called NAVIGATE-Kidney to help people with advanced chronic kidney disease avoid starting dialysis in an emergency. About 448 adults with kidney function between 15-29% will be enrolled. The program provides extra support and education to help patients start kidney replacement therapy in a planned way, rather than with a temporary catheter.
