Summary
This study tested whether structured outdoor activities in nature could help reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression in teenagers. Researchers worked with 60 adolescents, comparing those who received the nature therapy program to a group that did not. The goal was to see if spending therapeutic time outdoors could be a helpful addition to mental health support for young people.
