Summary

This study explores whether nature- and activity-based group programs can improve the mental health and daily life of neurodivergent children and youth (ages 6-18) with ADHD, autism, or Tourette's syndrome. About 240 participants in Norway will take part in 12-week outdoor programs in schools or healthcare settings. Researchers will measure changes in quality of life, self-esteem, and stress levels.
