Can a forest soundtrack soothe your biopsy?

Summary
This study is testing if listening to nature sounds during a breast biopsy can help reduce patients' pain and anxiety. About 200 participants will be randomly assigned to either listen to nature sounds or receive standard supportive conversation during the procedure. Researchers will compare stress levels between the two groups using questionnaires and heart rate measurements.
