Summary

This study is testing whether a nature-based healing meditation program can help friends and family caregivers who are grieving the death of a loved one from cancer. The program is designed to support people during the intense period of mourning after a loss. Researchers will enroll 70 adults to see if the program is practical and helpful for reducing grief and improving quality of life.
