Can weekly nature walks ease the burden of dementia?
NCT ID NCT06451978
Summary
This small pilot study is testing whether a simple, caregiver-led nature activity program can improve wellbeing for people living with mild cognitive impairment or dementia and their family caregivers. The program involves 8 weekly sessions of guided nature activities. Researchers will measure changes in mood, anxiety, and overall wellbeing to see if this approach is worth testing in a larger future study.
