Summary
This study compares a simple nasal swab to the standard Valsalva maneuver for stopping a common rapid heartbeat condition called supraventricular tachycardia (SVT). About 60 adults with SVT in the emergency room will be randomly assigned to one of the two methods. The goal is to see which approach restores a normal heart rhythm faster and more comfortably.
