First-Ever test: diabetes drug as nasal spray for spinal injury

Summary

This study is checking if insulin, a diabetes medication, is safe when given as a nasal spray to people with spinal cord injuries. It's a small, early-stage trial with 12 participants who will use the spray or a placebo at home for up to 24 days. The main goal is to see if this approach is safe and feasible before considering it as a future treatment.
