Tiny tube in nose helps Weak-Muscled kids sleep and breathe

NCT ID NCT06614582

Summary

This study is following children with weak muscles (hypotonia) who have trouble breathing during sleep due to a blocked airway. Researchers are checking if a small, flexible tube placed in the nose helps keep the airway open over the long term, improves sleep quality, and is comfortable for the child to use. The goal is to see if this device is a good, lasting treatment for obstructive sleep apnea in these kids.
