Summary
This study looked at whether taking a nap in different places—including a special sleep module—helps healthy adults stay alert and drive better. Forty good sleepers aged 20 to 50 completed driving simulations and alertness tests after napping or resting. The goal was to see which nap setting improves driving safety and wakefulness.
