Summary
This study looks at whether giving the painkiller nalbuphine at different times during knee replacement surgery can better control pain and keep the heart stable in patients aged 65 and older. About 162 participants will receive the same total dose of nalbuphine, but at different points before, during, or after surgery. The goal is to find the safest and most effective timing to reduce pain and avoid complications like blood pressure swings.
