First seen Feb 24, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study aims to measure NAD+ levels in healthy adults aged 18-35 or 70+ before and after taking an over-the-counter supplement called nicotinamide riboside (NR). Researchers will use MRI scans and blood/urine tests to see how NAD+ changes. The goal is to improve measurement methods for future studies, not to treat any disease.
