First seen Mar 16, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study looked at how nabilone, a cannabis-like drug, changes a brain enzyme called FAAH in 10 healthy adults. Participants took nabilone for one week and had brain scans before and after. The goal was to understand how the drug affects the body's natural cannabis system, not to treat any disease.
