Needle-in-Tumor cancer therapy seeks to rally Body's defenses

NCT ID NCT07339176

Summary

This study is testing an experimental drug called N17350 for adults with advanced solid tumors that have spread or stopped responding to standard treatments. The drug is injected directly into a tumor every two weeks to try to stimulate the immune system to fight the cancer. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the treatment causes tumors to shrink or stop growing.
