Summary
This study tests whether a mobile app plus virtual peer support can help young men who have sex with men (ages 16–25) start and stick with PrEP, a daily pill that prevents HIV. The app provides sexual health information and connects users with a peer navigator who can guide them to PrEP services. The goal is to see if this approach increases PrEP use and reduces risky behaviors. The trial will enroll 500 HIV-negative participants across the U.S.
