NCT ID NCT06741631

First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study is testing whether a mobile app called MyPEEPS can help young men who have sex with men (ages 16-29) avoid getting HIV. The app provides tailored information and support to encourage safer sex and use of PrEP (a daily pill that prevents HIV). Researchers will compare HIV infection rates and risky behaviors between app users and those receiving standard care. The goal is to find a scalable way to reduce new HIV infections in this high-risk group.
