New app aims to simplify Anti-Inflammatory eating for IBD patients

Summary
This study tests whether a smartphone app called MyIBDDiet can help people with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) learn about and follow an anti-inflammatory diet. Forty adults with IBD who are not currently in a flare will use the app for one month. Researchers will measure how easy and useful the app is, and whether it improves diet quality and quality of life.
