Summary
This study is testing whether the drug talquetamab can help control multiple myeloma in patients who have already received a specific CAR-T cell therapy (ide-cel) but whose cancer has returned or resisted treatment. The goal is to see if giving talquetamab after the CAR-T therapy can lead to better and longer-lasting responses. Researchers will measure how well the cancer responds and if it stays undetectable in the bone marrow.
