Summary

This study tested a structured educational program called the Myeloma Pack for people with multiple myeloma. The goal was to see if learning more about their disease could reduce anxiety and depression and improve quality of life. 85 patients participated alongside their regular cancer treatment. The program included educational materials and encouraging text or email messages.
