Can a simple skin test reveal your hidden risk for blood cancer?
NCT ID NCT07112287
First seen May 12, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study is testing a new gene panel called MyeloGen to see if it can find inherited genetic risks for myeloid cancers (a type of blood cancer). Researchers will enroll 200 adults with these cancers and take a small skin sample to look for gene changes. The goal is to see if the test results can be returned within 10 weeks, helping doctors understand if genetic testing is practical in this setting.
