Summary

This study aims to gather detailed information on how myelofibrosis, a rare and serious bone marrow cancer, affects patients in everyday clinical practice. It will follow over 600 patients across Europe for several years, tracking their health, treatments, and quality of life. The goal is to improve future care by understanding the real-world challenges patients face, especially those with low blood counts (cytopenias).
