Gene study could unlock secrets of aggressive lymphoma

Summary
This study is for people with certain types of aggressive lymphoma (DLBCL or high-grade B-cell lymphoma) who have changes in the MYC gene. Researchers want to learn how these genetic changes relate to the immune environment around the tumor and how they affect treatment success. About 200 participants will be followed over time, and their medical records and tissue samples will be analyzed. The goal is to better understand the disease, not to test a new treatment.
