Summary

This study aims to understand how specific genetic changes in a gene called MYC affect the course and treatment response of two aggressive types of B-cell lymphoma. Researchers will analyze tissue samples and medical records from 200 patients who have already been treated, looking for patterns between these genetic changes, the immune system's response, and patient survival. The goal is to gather knowledge that could help doctors better predict outcomes and tailor future treatments for these cancers.
