Summary
This study tests an online program called MY-CHOICE for adults with ischemic heart disease who also have anxiety or depression. The program offers personalized online modules and optional video or phone calls with a therapist over 6-12 weeks. The goal is to see if the program is acceptable to patients and to measure changes in anxiety and depression symptoms.
