Summary

This study tests whether group music training, designed like a game, can help underprivileged children aged 8-12 who are at risk for depression and anxiety. The goal is to see if it improves their resilience, reduces distress, and boosts self-esteem over 12 months. About 174 children from low-income families in Hong Kong will take part.
