Summary
This study tests whether listening to music can prevent delirium in adults aged 65 and older in the intensive care unit (ICU). Participants will listen to either personalized music or relaxing music through headphones twice daily for 7 days. Researchers will compare these groups to standard care to see if music helps keep patients more alert and free of confusion.
