Can your favorite song make wound care less painful?

Summary
This study is testing if listening to music helps patients feel less stressed and more comfortable during surgical wound dressing changes in the hospital. About 50 adult patients will be randomly assigned to either listen to their choice of music or receive standard care without music. Researchers will compare heart rate, blood pressure, and patient reports of pain and anxiety between the two groups.
