Summary
This study tests whether adding music therapy to nicotine patches and gum can reduce tobacco cravings in student smokers aged 18-25. 120 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either nicotine replacement alone or nicotine replacement plus a digital music therapy tool. The goal is to see if music therapy makes it easier to manage cravings and quit smoking.
