Summary
This study explored whether participating in live music experiences could help reduce symptoms of depression and build resilience. Researchers worked with 84 participants aged 8-70 who had depression or were prone to it. They measured changes in depression symptoms and resilience through questionnaires after people took part in individual and group music activities.
