Summary
This study is testing whether a virtual, community-based program combining music with mindfulness exercises can help reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. It focuses on People of African Descent in America, a group disproportionately affected by stress. Researchers will compare the effects of music-backed mindfulness to standard mindfulness alone over 8 weeks.
