NCT ID NCT07323758
Summary
This study aims to see if simple, drug-free methods can help new mothers feel better during a common medical procedure. Researchers will test whether listening to relaxing music or chewing gum can reduce pain and anxiety for women getting stitches (an episiotomy repair) after vaginal birth. The study will involve 60 first-time mothers in Turkey, comparing these methods to standard care to see which helps most.
