Can music be medicine? new study aims to fight stress and prevent early births
NCT ID NCT05945264
Summary
This study is testing if a special live music program can help reduce chronic stress in pregnant Black women, with the goal of lowering the risk of preterm birth. Researchers will compare the music program to a simple talk session. They aim to see if reducing stress through music can lead to healthier, full-term pregnancies and better outcomes for babies.
