Summary

This study looks at whether listening to music for just 10 minutes while in labor can lower anxiety and pain and boost satisfaction. About 106 women in labor will either listen to music or have no music, then rate their anxiety, pain, and satisfaction. The goal is to find a simple, drug-free way to improve the childbirth experience.
