Can a simple song soothe a Child's shot?
NCT ID NCT07013669
Summary
This study tested whether listening to music could help children feel less pain during a skin allergy test and make their parents less anxious. Researchers compared two types of music: special 'solfeggio' sound frequencies and traditional Turkish classical music. The trial involved 120 children and their parents to see which, if any, music worked better as a simple, drug-free comfort measure.
