Summary

This study is testing whether listening to calm, symphonic music for 30 minutes can help patients feel better after heart surgery. Researchers will compare 120 patients who listen to music to those who receive standard care, measuring stress hormones, anxiety, pain, and vital signs. The goal is to see if this simple, drug-free approach can improve the recovery experience.
