Summary

This pilot study looked at whether listening to self-chosen Levantine music can change how healthy young adults feel pressure pain. 32 participants were tested in silence and while listening to their own music. The goal was to see if music can help reduce pain sensitivity and improve mood, and to gather information for a larger future study.
