First seen May 02, 2026 · Last updated May 02, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether a 12-week program of exercise and personalized diet advice can help adults aged 40-55 with obesity keep their muscle while taking GLP-1 weight-loss drugs like semaglutide. About 20 participants will be followed to see if their muscle mass and bone density stay stable. The goal is to make weight loss safer and more effective.
