Scientists probe how muscles heal themselves
NCT ID NCT05746650
Summary
This study aims to understand how muscle and tendon tissues rebuild after an injury. Researchers will enroll 40 patients scheduled for knee surgery and test whether growth hormone or muscle stimulation helps the healing process. The goal is to gather basic knowledge about tissue repair, not to provide immediate treatment benefits to participants.
