Summary
This study aims to understand how muscle strength and fitness affect people born with single-chamber hearts who've had Fontan surgery. Researchers will measure muscle mass, strength, exercise capacity, and quality of life in 40 patients and compare them to healthy volunteers. The goal is to gather evidence that could lead to better exercise programs to improve health and daily life for this unique patient group.
