Summary

This study looks at how muscle cells send tiny packages called extracellular vesicles to fat cells during exercise, which may affect how the body handles sugar and fat. Researchers will compare 80 sedentary adults—some with prediabetes and some healthy—to understand why some people's fat cells respond differently. The goal is to learn more about this communication, not to test a treatment.
