Summary
This study is creating a large community health registry and sample bank in Cabarrus County and Kannapolis, North Carolina. It aims to enroll 50,000 local residents to provide their health information and biological samples. The collected data will be used as a resource for future research to better understand and classify chronic diseases, but it does not directly test treatments or provide medical care to participants.
