Summary
This study tested whether a daily multivitamin called Vitals+ can improve health, mood, and thinking skills in healthy adults. Thirty-seven volunteers took either the multivitamin or a placebo for 3 months. Researchers measured changes in cognitive function, mood, and blood nutrient levels. The goal was to see if the supplement offers any extra benefit for people who are already healthy.
