Relaxing video may take the sting out of thyroid biopsy

Summary
This study tests whether watching a calming video before and during a thyroid biopsy can reduce pain, anxiety, and increase comfort. About 68 adults will take part, with half watching the video and half receiving standard care. The goal is to see if a simple, drug-free method can make the procedure less stressful.
