New drug combo tested for Tough-to-Treat blood cancer

Summary
This early-stage study is testing whether combining an experimental drug called TTI-622 with an existing myeloma treatment (daratumumab) is safe for people whose cancer has returned or stopped responding to other therapies. Researchers will first find the highest safe dose of the combination in a small group of 7 participants. If safe, they will then check if this new combination can help control the cancer in people who have already tried several other treatments.
