New hope for Tough-to-Treat myeloma: phase 3 trial launches

Summary
This study tests a new drug, JNJ-79635322, against another targeted therapy for people with multiple myeloma that has come back or stopped responding after at least three prior treatments. About 400 adults will be randomly assigned to one of the two treatments to see which works better at shrinking tumors and delaying the disease from getting worse. The goal is to find a more effective option for patients who have run out of standard therapies.
