Summary

This study is testing whether adding a drug called daratumumab to a three-drug combination works better for controlling newly diagnosed multiple myeloma. Researchers want to see if this four-drug combination is safer and more effective than the standard three-drug treatment. The trial involves 310 adults with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma who haven't had much previous treatment.
