New treatment hope for elderly blood cancer patients
NCT ID NCT04751877
Summary
This study is testing different combinations of medications for older adults (65-80 years) who have newly diagnosed multiple myeloma and cannot undergo a stem cell transplant. Researchers want to see if adding certain drugs to standard treatment helps control the cancer better and for longer. The study will measure how well the treatments work by checking for tiny amounts of remaining cancer cells and monitoring side effects.
