New study aims to tailor multiple myeloma treatment based on risk and response

Summary
This phase 3 study tests a personalized treatment approach for people with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma who are eligible for a stem cell transplant. The treatment plan uses a combination of drugs (isatuximab, iberdomide, bortezomib, and dexamethasone) and is adjusted based on the patient's risk profile and how well the disease responds. The goal is to find the best way to control the disease long-term. About 720 participants will take part.
