NCT ID NCT04661137

Summary

This study is testing whether adding a drug called selinexor to existing multiple myeloma treatments can help patients whose cancer has returned or stopped responding to their current therapy. The trial involves 96 adults with multiple myeloma that has progressed despite treatment with specific drugs. Participants will receive different drug combinations based on which treatment their cancer previously stopped responding to, with the goal of controlling the disease and extending survival.
