New drug cocktail tested for Tough-to-Treat blood cancer

Summary
This study is testing whether a combination of four drugs is safe and effective for people with multiple myeloma that has returned or stopped responding to standard treatments, including CAR-T cell therapy. About 83 adults whose cancer worsened after at least two prior treatment attempts will receive the drug combination. Researchers will measure how well the cancer responds and monitor side effects over 6 to 24 months.
