Summary
This early-stage study is testing whether combining three drugs—belantamab mafodotin, nirogacestat, and pomalidomide—is safe for people with multiple myeloma that has returned or stopped responding to previous treatments. Researchers are enrolling just 9 participants who have already tried at least three other therapies to find the safest dose and see if this combination can slow or stop cancer growth. The main goal is to understand side effects before testing effectiveness in larger groups.
